Default Deleting a specific value rows in a table using a macro

Details are as follows:
MS Word Table
Name Amount 1 Amount 2
Row 1 A 1 2
Row 2 B 1 -
Row 3 C 1 2
Row 4 D - -
Row 5 E 1 2
1. I want to find text "-" in defined column Amount 1 and the same in Amount 2, if in both the defined column it is "-" then delete the row from the word table.
2. If there is some value in Amount 1 and Amount 2 is "-" then don't delete and same is applicable vice-versa.
Thanks in advance.
