When a Word file is opened there is an extra temporary file. For example:
My opened file - - TSCSuccess Extra file ~$CSuccess I know the tempory files can be deleted as I read the mvp article on how to do it. I also know some of the temp files disapper when you close your open file. However, when you have a lot of files open you see these extra temp files and I wondered if there was a way to hide these files? Thanks from the user who asked me to find out. |

The file you are describing is the "owner file." There is no way to hide it.
