I have a list of references as followed:
[1] S. Mukherjee, Z. Chen and A. Gangopadhyay "A privacy-preserving technique for Euclidean distance-based mining algorithms using Fourier-related transforms", The VLDB Journal 15:293–315, 2006 [2] L. O. Hall, N. Chawla and and K. W. Bowyer, "Combining Decision Trees Learned in Parallel", Distributed Data Mining Workshop at International Conference of Knowledge Discovery and Data Mining, 1998 [3] L. Breiman, “Bagging predictors”, Machine Learning, 24(2), 123-140, 1996. I would like to add them automatically as reference and not to insert all their details. (They all in the same APA format). Is there there a way to do it automatically in Word 2010 since the list is quite long? |

If you have already created a database of Sources including all the information shown
below, then place your cursor in the spot where you want the reference and find "Insert Citation" in the References tab. That will give you a list of all the items that are in the bibliography for the article, and when you choose one of them, it will insert it in the form (Mukerjee, Chen and Gangopadhay 2006). You will have the opportunity to add a page reference, or to hide the authors or year. If you didn't add your references specifically while you were writing this article, but you already have a file of Sources, then (with your article open) go to "Manage Sources" and Copy the references you need from your master list to the list for the article. Everything you put into the article's list will be included when you click "Insert Bibliography." The items you have cited within your text or notes will have a checkmark by them in the Manage Sources list, but they won't be specially marked in the bibliography that is generated.n Sunday, October 18, 2015 at 9:31:02 AM UTC-4, av123 wrote: I have a list of references as followed: [1] S.
