Markups
On MS Word 2007, is it possible to "Accept all changes", save the file, reopen it, and revert back to the markups?

No.
If you want to see what your finished document looks like with all the changes incorporated, then go to Review Track Changes, and in the uppermost of the three dropdowns at the right, choose "Final." If you close your file with that chosen, then the next time you open it, all the changes will show again (to remind you you have live changes in the document). If you want to print a file with the markup not showing, find the option in your print dialogue that doesn't say "Document showing markup." (Where it is probably varies according to your printer and your printer driver.)
