How can I create a basic template so that I can add in changing information.

I suspect that what you are talking about is what Word calls an "online
form." Check this in help. For more about online forms, follow the links at

I had done some searching while waiting for a response and found that you
had given the same info. to someone else. I followed the link and managed to
get what I needed. I appreciate your help. :-)
