If you are using the Format Painter, you can double-click the
icon on the toolbar; then Word allows you to paste the same format multiple times. Note, however, that it is a lot easier to use styles whenever you want to reuse a collection of text characteristics. In addition, styles make it easy to modify the format of text, if necessary.
