Default why does no color font print on pasted object

On a linked or pasted object to word from excel. The word doc will print
colors but change colored font to black.

Make sure that you have a color printer selected as the default in Excel.

Hello-

Something that I tried worked for me in a similar situation. It seems that
the print specs for the Linked/Embeded object carry over into the client
document.

Go back to the Excel file, make sure you have a printer driver for a color
printer installed and select that printer along with the appropriate "print
in color" settings & save the file. You may need to re-link/embed the wksht
object, but once you do it should print in color in the Word doc.
