Default Normal.dot

When I open Word 2003 my blank document has not top or bottom margins. I have
checked Normal.dot file and this file has no margins. I renamed normal.dot to
oldnormal.dot, saved a blank existing file with margins to normal.dot,
re-checked tools-templates and add-ins-templates and tools-options-files
locations. When I open Word 2003 the blank document has no margins again.

Can anyone help me on this one?

Thanks

In Tools Options View, check the box for "White space between pages".
