How do I remove the PDFMaker toolbar?
The PDFMaker toolbar appears everytime I start Word. I can choose to not show
it, or delete it completely, but every time I start Word, there it is, back again! How can I remove it so that it does not keep coming back? |

Given that if you remove it, you cannot use the extended functions of
