Word Forms Calculations
Hi,
I am using a word document as an electronic form. On one part of the form, we are filling in numbers in several form fields. I would like to add all of the numbers up in a seperate box. I have put in the total box a formatted form field that I entered calculation and entered the text field bookmarks. However, when I lock the form and go back to test to see if it adds up, nothing happens. If unlock the document and enter the text box, then exit it, it adds up my numbers. Can I get this form field to add up my numbers in other form fields? Thanks! |

Michelle,
Do you have the option "calculate on exit" checked in the formfields that you are using for your variables? -- Greg Maxey/Word MVP See: http://gregmaxey.mvps.org/word_tips.htm For some helpful tips using Word.
