Default how to set the default font for envelopes?

I just use a form letter where I go in and change the addressee and then
print an envelope and the default font is always arial (1st option since it
is listed alphabetically) and I can't find where I can set the default font.

Modify the Envelope Address style (and probably also the Envelope
Return style) to the desired font, and check the box for "Add to
template" in the Modify dialog.
