Default Top Marings and Header not showing

Hi

I have a problem with Word2003, my user had a problem in a document and now
everytime they open up word they don't get to see the full page only from
the Top Margin down (Print layout). If we view the Header section and then
close, we now see all of the page on screen with the cursor still at the top
margin point but now we see all of the Header section on the screen.

Its basically like the page boards are represented from the top margin
setting down to the bottom margin setting so we are looking at a 'small'
page. Print Preview also show the full page. I have tried creating a new
normal.dot but I still have the same problem, this must be a setting in the
application itself?

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

Rob

Sorry, I've now found this. It was the White Space Between pages option in
Tools/Options.
