Why does Word not have a Reference Mananger 11 toolbar on my laptop when it
does on my desktop?

Hi Gavin

Reference Manager isn't part of Word. It's a separate program with an add-in
for Word that creates a toolbar in Word.

You'll have to install Reference Manager on the laptop to get the toolbar to
appear and to get the program to work.
