Default Why is the Save-as command disabled?

My coworker's copy of Word always has the Save As command greyed out! I have
tried to find a setting that would cause that but I am at a loss. She works
on encrypted documents if that has anything to do with it.

Hi ?B?RGF2ZSBSdW55YW4=?=,

on encrypted documents if that has anything to do with it.

Version of Word would help..
