Default How can i hide text from the printer, but see it on the screen?

I am trying to create a form, but I only want to print out the what is typed
in the form field to print, as it is laid out on the page. I am trying to
print to a pre-printed piece of paper.

Have you tried "Print data only for forms" (Tools | Options | Print)?
