Hi,

I am trying to open a word document in a browser i.e., internet explorer.
When we do that we can see a standard/customized tools button which on click
will provide all tools options available in MS word. But I have a problem
with this tools button. When I am opening a word document in browser some
times the tools button is getting enabled and some times it is getting
disabled. Even, If I open the same word document in same IE browser several
times with out any changes in IE or Word settings, I am facing the same
problem i.e., tools button getting enabled some times and disabled some times.

Can You help me in this regard ?
