Default how do I set up a field, so when the user enters in info the fiel.

Setting up a template document with fields. Used "fill-in" field; however
when you click on the field to enter in info the field prompt name doesn't
disappear.

Need to know how to set-up a "clickable" field in word.

You would, apparently, want a macrobutton field (without a macro) See
