Can you print a merge list in Word without going into access
In Word 97 when you merged letters your merge list was a separate word
document which you could go to and print. Can you do this in windows XP without exiting word and opening the access .mdb file to print??? |

You can still do things as before by using the old merge wizard, but if you
use the new merge wizard things are different as you have found - see http://www.gmayor.com/mail_merge_lab...th_word_xp.htm for an explanation. -- Graham Mayor - Word MVP My web site www.gmayor.com Word MVP web site http://word.mvps.org Caroline wrote: In Word 97 when you merged letters your merge list was a separate word document which you could go to and print.
