If you had the label content in the Address box in the dialog, you'll get a full page of the same content. Delete the unwanted ones. If you leave the Address box empty, you'll get an empty table. Then you can type the information in the first cell; copy it to the clipboard; select the 10 cells you want to use, and paste.
