header listed twice in TOC
When I refresh my document Table of Contents, one header repeatedly is listed
twice. I have deleted and retyped the header, and tried inserting and/or deleting page and section breaks - all to no avail. If I delete the header in the document, it disappers when I refresh the TOC. When I re-enter it and refresh the TOC, it shows up twice again. Other headers in the document are appear normally in the TOC. I can't figure out what it is about this one header. Help! |

Have you inserted a manual page break before that heading?
