Default How can I track approval to changes in a Word Document?

I have a Quality Manual and track changes, but would like to have some way
within the document to show that management has approved. We are audited by
the government for things like this and I have not found a way to show
approval.

Hi setact

One way to do this may be to insert a comment that says something like
"Approved by Joan Smith, 29 May 2005".

Hope this helps.
