The last footnote of my chapter (section) appears several inches above the
bottom of the page. Can I move it down? Thanks! Word 2002 |

Make sure your footnotes are set to "bottom of page" instead of "below

ISTR this problem having something to do with a section break at the end of
the page (in some earlier version of Word); I forget what the fix was, though. -- Suzanne S.
