Default bullets in T.O.C.?

Can bullet points (or any default styles) be included in a T.O.C. without
creating a custom style?

By default it only lists Headings + any custom styles

Default

Yes, just choose the styles you want to include, and define which TOC level
they are at, in the dialog that opens from the Options button on the TOC
dialog.
