When clicking "file" "save as" in word nothing happens. When you try and
close the doc it askes if you would like to do a "save as" and the save as
dialog box opens fine.

When clicking "file" "save as" in word nothing happens. When you try and
close the doc it askes if you would like to do a "save as" and the save as
dialog box opens fine.

IF you go to START/Run, type: winword.exe \a

then execute the dialog box, Word should start up in Safe Mode. Does the
problem continue to occur in this mode?
