Why do I get a double {{ instead of a quotation mark (")?
This happens only in one particular document. I imported text from another
document and suspect this may be causing the problem, but now can't get rid of it. I opened a blank doc and am able to insert " just fine. What's up? |

It will be a language issue. Some countries use ASCII 171 - « in place of "
