Default How do I set up a two-column page in Word?

I 'd like to create pages in the so-called law/summary format, which has two
columns (wider on the right than on the left) and you can position text in
either column independently of the other.

The only easy way to do this is with a (borderless) table. Just don't try to
do it with one row; insert a new row whenever a logical break occurs.
