![]() Hi- I am having a problem printing a 45MB users manual. It was created (by someone else) as a Master document with 20 subdocuments, a table of contents, and an index. I am using Word 2000 in a Windows 98 environment, and I have an 80 GB harddrive. When I try to print two specific sections I get the message "insufficient memory or disk space. Word cannot display the requested font." The printer will then print out a Times Roman font instead of the Ariel font. I have tried printing section by section, and page by page in these sections, but it still won't print these pages with the proper font. There are many graphics that reside in another directory and do show up on the screen in the proper places. I have turned off the background printing feature, and the A4 resizing feature. The printer is an HP LaserJet 4Plus. If I reboot, it still won't print properly. Can anyone help? This document is due on Thursday and I'm just at a complete loss. Thanks for any help you can give me. Maureen -- Writers-ink |
