Default What are these lines ?????

The attached file to this post is a blank word document from 2002,
however, you will notice there are 4 'L' shaped lines in each corner
that now appears on every document.

Does anybody know what they are and more importantly how I get rid of
them.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!!!

See “Margin marks or crop marks appear on each corner of the page when you
open a document in Word 2002 or in Word 2003”

Close Word, Go to Start, All Programs, Microsoft Office, Microsoft
Office Tools, Microsoft Office 2003 Language Settings, and remove any
chinese from the enabled languages list or Arabic. Worked for me.
