Default Can you convert Word 2000 docs to Word 6 or 97?

I have Word 2000, and I need to submit a document online that has to be
either in Word 97 or Word 6. Is there a way to work in these formats while
in Word 2000? I hope this makes sense. You have to download the item to
fill it out and then email it back in the 6 or 97 version or it won't be
accepted. I don't have the older versions on hand to use now.

Hi ?B?c3VwcmZ1bm1vbQ==?=,

either in Word 97 or Word 6. Is there a way to work in these formats while
in Word 2000?

Word 97 uses the same file format as Word 2000, so there shouldn't be a
problem, there. You might want to check in Tools/Options/Save, I believe
there's an item there you can activate to disable Word 2000 features not
supported in Word 97.

Word 2000 comes with file filters, so you can save to the original Word 6.0
format, or to an RTF file format that Word 6.0 can open.
