Default how do I tag document with visible file path info

I would like to print on each document file path and time of creation

Insert { FILENAME } and { CREATEDATE } fields into the document.

But note that at the time of creation the document will have neither
filename nor path. These are only provided when the document is saved.
Before that the document will have a temporary name based on the type of
document - eg Document1

Note also that {Filename} produces only the filename. You need {Filename
\p } to add the path.
