Whever I open Word I get a message the says "preparing to install" and I have
to wait for about a minute for Word to open.

Also, rececntly, when word opens the cursor is at the very top of the page.
The only way I found to get the cursor into the body of the document is to
view header and footer then close header and footer and the cursor is in the
right place. Is this some kind of virus?
