That's so easy!

Press CTRL+F

In my Dutch version I click "Meer" so in English it's probably "More".
In my Dutch version I click "Opmaak" so in English it's probably
"Layout".
In my Dutch version I click "Lettertype" so in English it's probably
"Font".
Now you can select your text color, and any other font property.

All this in Word 2000.

You can do this in every version of Word. In the Find (or Replace) dialog,
click More to expand the dialog. With the insertion point in the "Find what"
box (and leaving it empty), click on the Format button, choose Font, then
select the font color you want to search for, then click OK. Under the "Find
what" box you'll see "Font color: Blue."
