Default How can I transfer a document template to another user?

I created a document template in Word 2000 and emailed it to another company
user on a different server. She attached the template to a document, but
none of the styles or shortcut keys worked. Is there any way I can make this
happen? This is urgent. Thanks.

If you're expecting the formatting in the document to change when you
attach a different template to an existing document, it doesn't work
that way without some extra effort. See
http://www.shaunakelly.com/word/atta...ate/index.html, in the
section titled "Styles" at the bottom.

The shortcut keys stored in the template should work. You can get the
shortcut organizer from
http://word.mvps.org/faqs/customizat...rShortcuts.htm and
use it to transfer the shortcuts again.
