Actually, word does allow you to do this. You highlight the text you want,
click "Format" then look for "Change Case." There are several potential cases. You can highlight a whole sentence if you forgot to capitalize properly, then choose "Sentence case" to capitalize the first letter of the first word. Title case will capitalize the first letter of every word, such as in a title. There are other options too. It's actually pretty cool. Neat little function. Thanks for making a suggestion, though. It sometimes takes users like us to point out what could be improved. Never hesistate to share your thoughts. -- Have a nice day! ~Paul Express Scripts, Charting the future of pharmacy "Landyn" wrote: In Word we should be able to capatalize previously typed text as we would bold previously written text. ---------------- This post is a suggestion for Microsoft, and Microsoft responds to the suggestions with the most votes.
