Default Moving Pages

I'd like to move, say, pages 7-9 to just before page 2. How do I do that?

Select pages 7 through 9. You can use shortcut keys:
1. Click at top of page 7.
2. Hold shift and page down to page 9, use the down arrow to get right where
you want to be.
3. Ctrl+X
4. Go to top of page 2.
5. Ctrl+V

Select them, hit Ctrl-X. Go to the desired insertion point, hit
Ctrl-V.
