I have a document that was created in WORD 2000. I downloaded to my computer
using email and I changed the name of the document. My computer is using WORD 2002. I want to clean up the corrections but leave the Change Line on the side. In WORD 2000 there's a box to go in and check NONE to Color, strike throughs, etc. So you are left with just the Change Lines. But in WORD 2002 I can't find where there is anything like that. I'd appreciate any help with this matter. |

Word 2002 removed all the formatting options for everything except change
lines and Insertions. This has been corrected in Word 2003. My suggestion would be to work with the file in either Word 2000 or Word 2003. There are ways to change these settings using VBA code, but it gets rather involved. "Karen" wrote: I have a document that was created in WORD 2000.
