I would like to compare two Word documents by invoking Word from a 3rd party
program or a script with some comman-line switches. At this moment all I'm able to do is to open multiple documents, but not to compare them. |

If you are using Word 2003 there is an option on the Tools menu, Compare and
Merge Documents which should do the trick "Artem" wrote: I would like to compare two Word documents by invoking Word from a 3rd party program or a script with some comman-line switches. At this moment all I'm able to do is to open multiple documents, but not to compare them. |

Thank you for your answer, but that's not what I meant. I want to compare and
merge documents by starting Word from command prompt with some parameters. This way this comparison operation could be started from another program.
