Is there a way to display the changes in a document not by author, but by
which revision? I edited a document and the track changes are in red. I reviewed and am doing another round of edits, and I like those to display as blue (or whatever). If I go into the options menu and change the display colors, it changes the existing changes as well. |

Select "By Author" for the color, then change the User Name (Tools | Options
| User Information) before the second round of editing. -- Suzanne S.
