Select the text and right-click. Choose Font... and select the desired size.
Or click on New Document to get a sheet of labels and format them any way you like. Labels sheets are set up as a table, so be sure to display table gridlines (Table | Show Gridlines) so you can see the label boundaries. -- Suzanne S.
