Is there a way to round corners of a table and/or cell?

You can't round the corners of the table or cell itself. What you can do is
to draw a rounded rectangle from the AutoShapes button on the Drawing
toolbar, right-click it and select Add Text, and put the table inside the
rectangle. Turn off the borders of the table itself, and let the AutoShape
act as the "border". As the table expands, the shape will grow with it (but
only up to one page length).
