Default To view all the changes made in a word document

Hi all,

I need to review a document that is sent from another user. Basically, I
want to view all the changes that he has sent to me so I can review only the
changes. Please advise

If the other user had Track Changes turned on, display the Reviewing toolbar
and set the view to Final With Markup. The changes will be marked in some
way -- a different color, or strikethrough, or underlined, according to the
Track Changes options settings.

If the other user didn't use Track Changes but you have a copy of the
document as it existed before the other user changed it, use the command
Tools Compare Documents.

If you don't have a copy of the previous document, and if the other user
didn't have Track Changes turned on, then there's no way for Word to show
you what changed.
