Does anybody know a shortcut to able to jump from blank to blank in a
document in Word? I have set up my own 'normals' for my work. In the program I use for another company, we are able to jump from heading to heading by inserting @@ in the normal and using Ctrl-J to jump to the next @@ in the document. But, I have been unable to figure out a away to do something similar in Word. Is it possible to do so? Thanks for any suggestions. |

In the lower section of the vertical scroll bar, there is a round button
which if clicked on allows you to select the type of item that is browsed to by clicking on the up or down arrows surrounding that button. One of those options is to Browse by Heading. Maybe that will do what you want. -- Hope this helps. Please reply to the newsgroup unless you wish to avail yourself of my services on a paid consulting basis.
