I need more instructions on how to create a certain amount of space in a
table but will be distributed as a form fill in. My area even though set say
at 50 spaces moves my columns.

Assign an exact row height and preferred column width (on the Row and Column
tabs). On the Table tab, click Options... and make sure that "Automatically
resize to fit contents" is NOT checked.
