Default Excel diagram into word...

Hi!
When copying a diagram from excel, then pasting into a word document, the
size of the word document becomes very big. Guess it has something to do with
the Excel functionality is brought into the Word document. But this doesn't
suit me. I only want the diagram, to keep the size low.
Somebody, give me a hint ...

In Excel, you can hold Shift while opening the Edit menu - this gives you
the option to Copy Picture. Then you have only a graphic to paste into
Word, rather than an Excel object with functionality. For best results,
size your diagram in Excel before copying; resizing in Word adds extra data
into the document.

Sounds like you're inserting this as an object instead of just copy/pasting
it in?
