Everytime I open Word 2003 the Format tool bar isn't showing and I have to
add it. How to I set it to always be there when I open Word. |

Hi j, The change you made (adding the formatting toolbar) should be saved in the Registry. Someone or something might reset the Registry and perhaps also Normal.dot every time you start Word ... Some IT departments that don't know that you need to customize Word to work productively have such a strange policy. Or you might have set up Word to start with the /a or the /safe switch that bypass the Registry customizations, and templates, on startup for troubleshooting some problem: Right-click on the Winword.exe icon or shortcut icon and check in "Properties").
