MSWord TOC entries as hyperlinks when printing to PDF
Using MS Office Word 2003: I want to convert the Word doc so that its TOC
page entries or heading entries (or both) are functioning as hyperlinks in the PDF file. How to accomplish this? |

The answer depends on what PDF program you're using. Try
