I mistakenly deleted several pages of information. Can I get it back?

Hi Lou-
If the file is still open & you have _not_ saved the file, close the file & say No to saving changes *or* go to FileSave As to save the current file with a different name and/or in a different location. The original will not be affected and the copy will have your most recent updates. If you have saved _but not closed_ the file you can still use Undo to undo back to before you deleted the content you want to recover. If you have saved & closed the file you are SOL... sad but true.
