Hi everybody,

Is there a way to create a Leader in a table of contents other then the 3
standard types? For example:

or:
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
or what I would really like:
.. . . . . . . . . . . . . .
(a dotted line with more space between them)
