I work for a publishing company that uses section breaks quite frequently to
add updated text without changing the pagination of the original documents that we work on. When I enter a section break where footnote text originally rolled to the next page with the footnote continuation line, I get a blank page with the continuation line, where I cannot type or enter anything on, and then the footnote continues two pages later, with a normal footnote separator. Is there a way to get around this, so that I am able to put a section break in and keep the footnote text rolling as it should? |
