This is a Word NG.

FrontPage is no longer even included in the Office Suite.

There are NG's prilarily for FP, one to get started is
"microsoft.public.frontpage".

There is also an excellent forum at
http://www.outfront.net/

If it is not anywhere on your desktop, Start menu, or Quick Launch bar, then
use Windows Search to look for FRONTPG.EXE. When you have found it,
right-click and choose Create Shortcut. Drag the shortcut to the desktop,
Start menu, or QL bar.
